Lubrication Joint Injection

Lubrication joint injectiion s a nonsurgical, nonpharmacological therapy for knee osteoarthritis. Injected directly into the knee/hip joint to restore the cushioning and lubricating properties of normal joint.  Lubricating fluid can help relieve pain, improve mobility and get you back to your normal activities. Lubricant is derived from hyaluronic acid, natural substance found in joint cartilage and in the fluid that fills the joints-synovial fluid. Hyaluronic acid acts like a lubricant and shock absorber as a synovial fluid of a healthy joint.

In our office we carry Supartz, Orthovisc, Synvisc and Euflexxa brands for use in these injections.
